Head of Customer Success
Given our business model, where our customers pay us over time, Customer Success is vital to our long-term profitability. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving significant value from our platform.
As such, we need a senior executive to own driving success for our customers. This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities and outcomes.
In addition, we require management around the communication and planning of the future customer success strategy and management roadmap. This should focus on developing the existing customer strategy, systems and processes for converting our users into advocates.
The Sales Director is responsible for leading the growth of Cyance’s Direct Business. This will be achieved through contributing individual sales and coaching and managing the new business sales team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS, technology software sales leadership and have the drive and motivation to deliver revenues and rapidly gain customers.
Senior Customer Success Manager
Customer Success is vital to our long-term growth and profitability plans and, in line with our exciting 2021 growth plans, we are looking to expand our Customer Success team in order to make sure we are delivering a best in class Customer experience throughout the whole customer journey, for all of our customers.
We are seeking to hire an experienced, customer-centric, Senior Customer Success Manager with strong relationship building skills and a proven desire to help drive adoption and deliver success for their customers.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for the success of our direct customers with key responsibilities.
Customer Support and Onboarding Exec
Building a best in class customer support function is integral to making our customers successful, and supporting Cyance’s long-term growth and profitability plans. With this in mind we are looking to hire our first dedicated Support and Onboarding Exec.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, your role will focus on supporting the Customer Success Managers in onboarding all new customers accurately and efficiently and being the first line of support for all customer technical enquiries.
